Name: A monument for Hhagan and Etzel
Description: The memorial commemorates the 18 soldiers of the National Military Organization and the Haganahs Amal Battalion who fell in the battles on the way to Jewish control of Rosh HaAin and its surroundings.

שם: אנדרטה לחללי האצ"ל וההגנה בקרב לשחרור ראש העי
תיאור: באנדרטה מונצחים 18 לוחמי הארגון הצבאי הלאומי וגדוד עמל של ההגנה שנפלו בקרבות בדרך להשתלטות יהודית על ראש העין וסביבתה.ההנצחה ביוזמת ברית חיילי האצ"ל בפתח תקווה והלוחם נתן גרמנט, ארגון חברי ההגנה ובסיוע עיריית ראש העין(יזכור)
הערות: עד מלחמת העצמאות היו מגדל צדק (במזרח ראש העין) וראש העין בלבו של שטח ערבי מיושב ותחת שליטה ערבית. בתחילת המלחמה פונו מחצבות מגדל צדק כיוון שלא ניתן היה לאבטח את העובדים.ב-30 במאי 1948 נכבשה ראש העין על ידי יחידות האצ'ל, אך למחרת נכבש האזור על ידי הצבא העיראקי, שגם תפס שליטה במעיינות הירקון.רק בחודש יולי 1948 ניתן היה להקצות כוחות לאזור וגדודים של חטיבת אלכסנדרוני כבשו את מגדל צדק. מיד לאחר מכן פינו העיראקים את ראש העין.(יזכור)
