הערות: על משטח הבטון שכוסה באספלט מאוחר יותר (ברחוב רפאל איתן בחולון) עברה דרך הבטחון שנפתחה לתנועה בינואר 1948 מת"א לירושלים וליישובי הדרום, לאחר שערבים תקפו את הנוסעים והעוברים בדרך ת"א - ירושלים. הועברו בה מזון, מים, ציוד רפואי, נשק, ותחמושת, מכתבים ועיתונים. תוואי הדרך, שהיו בו כמה מזקפי שמירה, עבר בשכונת עזרא, חצה את נחל איילון והמשיך במקווה ישראל, רח ' חנקין בחולון, "חוסמסה", מולדת, נחלת יהודה, ראשון לציון, נס ציונה, רחובות ובילו, משם התפצל לנגב ולירושלים.
