Description
English: 941-955 Boylston Street, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. The first combined fire and police station in Boston, designed in 1886 by city architect Arthur H. Vinal in Richardson Romanesque Revival style. The fire station at 941 Boylston Street is still in service. In 1976 architect Graham Gund converted the police station into the Institute of Contemporary Art, which has subsequently moved.
