Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_93803_רוטשילד 82_3.jpg Notes: במוטיבים המינימליסטים של הסגנון הבינלאומי. המבנה, אשר ממוקם על צומת הרחובות שד' רוטשילד ומזא"ה, בנוי בקווים ישרים ונקיים וערוך על ציר סימטריה נוקשה.חדר המדרגות ממוקם בדיוק על הציר המרכזי שהוא גם פינת המבנה. החזיתות הפונות לשד' רוטשילד ורחוב מזא"ה יוצרות רצף המשכי. ישנה הדגשה אופקית באמצעות קווים המשכיים בהם ממוקמים החלונות, פסים שקועים בטיח, שינוי גוון הטיח ומרפסות מאורכות. מערך המרפסות, חלקן שקועות וחלקן מובלטות מנפח הבניין מדגישות את חדר המדרגות האנכי. המבנה תוכנן ושופץ בשנת 2013. פר' תל אביב
