Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_93777_מלצט 42_3.jpg Notes: בשנת 1932 נוספה קומה שניה ודירות הקומה הראשונה הושכרו לשימושם של בית כנסת וחנות מכולת. הבית היה בין הראשונים שנבנו בשכונת "שבת אחים" ובלט בגודלו, דבר ששמר עליו מפני הריסה בשנים בהן השכונה עברה גל פיתוח מחודש וכך השתמר סגנונו המקורי עד ימינו.השילוב של קווים ישרים וקווים מעוגלים, המרפסת הפינתית, הקרניזים האופקיים בין הקומות והפרופורציות האנכיות של הפתחים הם אלמנטים בולטים המייצגים את הסגנון האקלקטי של הבניין. עבודות השימור, במסגרתן נוספו לבניין 3 קומות, הסתיימו בשנת 2014. project-tlv.info
