Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_93409_DSC02172.JPG Notes: מועצה אזורית שדות דן (עד ל-2018 נקראה עמק לוד) היא מועצה אזורית במחוז המרכז, בקרבת הערים ראשון לציון, לוד, רמלה ואור יהודה.המועצה אזורית עמק לוד הוקמה בשנת 1952 וכללה עשרה יישובים. מאוחר יותר נותרו תשעה, לאחר שהישוב תוחלת פורק ותושביו הועברו ליישוב אזור וישובים נוספים. תחילה שכנה המועצה בצריף קטן במושב חמ"ד. לאחר כשנתיים הועברו משרדי המועצה לצריף במושב תוחלת. מתחלת שנות השבעים שוכנים משרדי המועצה בכפר חב"ד שהוא היישוב הגדול ביותר מבין ישובי המועצה.(ויקיפדיה)
