עברית: הבניין ברחוב אלנבי 118

Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_92725_20221204_130520.jpg Notes: מלון גינוסר שהיה בבניין ברחוב אלנבי 118 נבנה ב1921 על ידי היזם שלמה פכטר. מלון הפאר הראשון בתל אביב והמבנה הציבורי הראשון שתכנן האדריכל יהודה מגידוביץ. המלון כלל כ-25 חדרי אירוח. למבנה מרפסות המעוטרות בקשתות. בראש מגדל המדרגות כיפה בסגנון מזרחי. המלון היה בניהול בנימין בן נחום נקרא גם מלון בן נחום. בהמשך נפתח במקום בית הקפה "עטרה" שהפך למקום מפגש מרכזי לאמנים. אחר המבנה נותר מוזנח, ושימש כבניין משרדים ומחסנים. ב 2012 החל במבנה שיקום. הציורים בחדר המדרגות שוחזרו ושומרו ע"י צוות בראשות שי פרקש.
