Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_91113_20221013_102349.jpg Notes: הגן קרוי על שמו של הברון פליקס דה מנשה, מנהיג בכיר בקהילה היהודית במצרים, דמות מרכזית בכלכלת מצרים ומהפעילים הציונים הבולטים בקרב יהודי צפון אפריקה. הברון רכש את הפרדס עליו ניצב הגן בשנת 1934, ותכנן להקים במקום את ביתו. עד שבנה אותו נטע בו גן גדול, אך הבית לא הוקם מעולם, והגן הפך לאחד הגנים הפרטיים הגדולים והמרשימים ביותר בארץ. בשנות ה-30 הזמין הברון את חיים ומרים יפה לנהל ולטפח את הגן ולעבוד בפרדס הסמוך לו. גן מנשה היה למקום מפגש של חברי השומר, הפלמ"ח וההגנה. בגג הבית היה סליק ועל הגג תחנת קשר
