Looking W from near foot of Brook St.. Towboat "Matt S" and two barges which act as protectiver barrier to reduce risk of large objects drifting down and hitting excursion boat "Star of Louisville" at its moorings just above Clark Bridge (in distance). These barges are tied to tree at bow and are also secured by steel cable looped over one of bitts on nearest barge, but their sterns were swinging out into river, so "Matt S" is pushing them closer to riverbank so they can be better secured.
