English: Actor/singer/writer/director and Union City, New Jersey Commissioner Lucio P. Fernandez at the September 3, 2010, world premiere of the independent gothic horror art film, Vampire in Union City, which he co-wrote, directed and starred in. The film, which was filmed entirely in Union City, premiered at the Summit Quadplex Theater. marking the city's first movie premiere.
