Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_89627_DSC01769.JPG Notes: וילה כתאנה נבנתה בשנת 1926 על ידי איש העסקים הנוצרי אנטוניו כתאנה. חלקו האחורי של המבנה, ברחוב חובבי ציון, שימש כמכולת. בשנת 1948, בשל הלחימה באזור השכונה בין כוחות "ההגנה" לכוחות הערביים, עברה המשפחה לביירות. לאחר הקמת מדינת ישראל עבר המבנה לידי האפוטרופוס על נכסי נפקדים, שמכר את המבנה. בשנות ה-70 הועבר המבנה לידי האוניברסיטה העברית וזו מכרה אותו בשנת 1987 לאיש העסקים הקנדי צ'ארלס ברונפמן. ברונפמן העביר את המבנה לקרן קרב (The CRB Foundation) שהקים.
