Twin screw towboat "Basil T" (doc. # 508037, length 65 feet, breadth 24 feet, Cummins KTA19-M diesels, repowered 2005, 1200 hp.) Built in 1967 by Greenville Shipbuilding Corp., Greenville, Mississippi Originally "Dixie Crusader", owned by Dixie Carriers, Inc., Houston, Texas (later acquired by Kirby Corp.) In 1986 sold to Tolen Marine, Paducah, Kentucky, and renamed "Basil T" In 1997 sold to Excell Marine Corp., Cincinnati, Ohio, and renamed "River Stallion" In 2005 sold to McGinnis, South Point, Ohio, and renamed "Jim Lancaster" Still operating in 2018 . Ohio River mile 600. Louisville, Kentucky. Mar. 1988. file # 88c132.
