Towboat "Vicksburg" (doc. # 290399) with a coal tow, downbound in Portland Canal approaching lift span of Conrail (later L&I) Bridge. At far left are shipping containers at Kentucky Container Service, which occupied much of the land from 10th to 13th Sts. between Rowan St. and the canal.
