Red crane using hook to unload coils of sheet metal from Ingram barge "ING 1228". Towboat "Jim D" (doc. # 692729) approaching from left. In distance, overhead crane building extends out over another barge, with JFK Bridge beyond that. Ohio River mile 603. Louisville, Kentucky January 1988. File # 88a053. . "Jim D" (56x22, twin Cummins KTA19-M diesels, 850 hp) was built in 1985 by Marine Builders, Utica [or Jeffersonville], Indiana, and operated by Marine Transportation, Utica. In 1993, the boat was sold to Neale Towing Co. (later known as Neale Marine Transportation & Fleeting), Parkersburg, West Virginia, and renamed "Mister Charlie Neale".
