Description
English: Looking southwest from east of a line created by extending Brook St. north toward the river, between Washington St. and River Road,

not far from what will later be the upper (south) end of the waterfall feature at Waterfront Park. The two Belknap Hardware warehouses right of center and the old powerhouse left of center will be demolished to make way for the future park and parking lot in the block bounded by Washington, Brook, Witherspoon and First Sts. (In particular, the two warehouses will be imploded in 1993 as a promotion for the movie Demolition Man.) The large warehouse will become the Humana Waterside Building. Louisville, Kentucky.
