Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_88932_20220802_105635.jpg Notes: מבנה זה נבנה עבור דב יוסף לאחר נישואיו ב1922 לגולדי הופמן, ולאחר מאורעות 1929 שבעטיים החליט דב יוסף לעבור לשכונה יהודית חדשה. המבנה נבנה על פי תכנונו של האדריכל היהודי - בריטי בנימין צייקין. המבנה עשוי בטון ומכוסה טיח לבן ולא אבן, כמקובל בירושלים וכנדרש על פי חוק עזר עירוני. המבנה בנוי בסגנון ספרדי אקלקטי עם הדגשים מוריים (סגנון המכונה על ידי דוד קרויאנקר בספרו "סגנון פואבלו אספניול" בשל עירוב הסגנונות הספרדיים). למבנה מרפסת מסוגננת בחזית הבית האופיינית לבתים ספרדיים, הבית נמכר ב1975.(ויקיפדיה)
