Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_88424_20220714_120605.jpg Notes: המקום הוקם ב-1920 על ידי 12 משפחות על הציר הראשי לוד- בית נבאללה. ב-1920 התגוררו בו עשר משפחות צורפים שהובאו למקום מתימן ביוזמתו של מיסד בצלאל פרופ' בוריס שץ שחלם על יסוד מושבה "בצלאלית". בתי האבן שמשו כבתי מלאכה ומבני ציבור. במלחמת השחרור פונו התושבים למרות שהישוב לא הותקף וחזרו אליו ב"טפטוף איטי" ב-1950. היום מתגוררות בו כ-30 משפחות בלבד, חלקן מצאצאי המייסדים.
