Description
English: 87 Alta Avenue, also known as the Residence of E.K. Martin, an elaborate towering Victorian house on the edge of the cliff of the Park Hill section of Southwest Yonkers, New York. The view of this house is seen from the intersection of U.S. Route 9 (South Broadway) and Undercliff Street, which is apparently in the Ludlow section of Southwest Yonkers. In fact, you can even see this house from the Ludlow Metro-North Railroad station in Ludlow Park further west of here if you look in the right direction.
