Morey, this three-story brick edifice is a particularly ornate example of the Colonial Revival style, sporting a fanlight above the front entrance whose elegant tracery is echoed in the transoms above the second-floor windows behind the wrought-iron balconet, cut stone lintels above the windows with keystone and block motif, and Classical detailing that's especially prominent toward the roofline, where you'll find a dentil row, mullion-bracketed cornice, and parapet with carved stone panels. The building remains a prestigious address today, with seven units containing such amenities as hardwood floors, working fireplaces, in-unit washer and dryer, and covered onsite parking.
