Heiko Klees, a Paratrooper assigned to the German Airborne Division’s Paratrooper Battalion 263, conducts mock door training with 82nd Airborne Division Paratroopers prior to a nighttime airborne operation, Jan. 13, 2014. The German Paratroopers were presented with American airborne wings following the operation. The German Paratroopers visited Fort Bragg, N.C., to gain a better understanding of the type of training the 82nd conducts in hopes of sending more German Soldiers to train with their American counterparts in the future. |
