Eric Barker, a watercraft operator, assigned to the 824th Transportation Company (Heavy Boat), 143d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), prepares to lower the starboard anchor off the coast of Key West on the U.S. Army Landing Craft Utility-New Orleans, during a joint training mission with Navy Underwater Construction Team-1, Naval Expeditionary Combat Command, from Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Virginia Beach, Va., Feb. 8. The crew of the LCU-New Orleans transported the team of divers off the coast of Key West and provided them a platform to conduct annual underwater diver qualification training. |
