Description 80-G-420243: Korean War, 1950-53. Frontline first aid station set up by U.S. Navy medics serving with 5th Marine Division, Seoul, Korea. North Korean POW taken near river has gunshot wounds in his arm and jaw. He is being bandaged up by Hospital Corpsman Harry Fry, USNR. Photographed September 19, 1950.
