Description
English: Route 69 made this decal on 9885 before Gaokao. Project 985, although nullified in 2016, is still a synonym of "top universities", so Hangzhou Bus Media chose this fellow. As the main feature of this decal, qipao (旗袍), represents the Chinese idiom qi kai de sheng (旗开得胜, meaning "success at the first attempt") which shares the same Chinese character "旗", at least since 2015, thus becoming the good luck charm for female family members of examinees.
中文：2024年高考前，杭州巴士传媒将经由德胜路的69路8-9885号车（上汽万向WXB6121GEV2型）装饰为“旗开‘德胜’，‘紫定’能中”主题车，车身上绘有旗袍图案和“必胜祝符”，为考生加油打气，同时车辆自编号9885亦包含对考生考入985院校（现为一流大学的代名词）的祝愿。自2015年以来，旗袍以“旗开得胜”的意象成为祝高考/中考考生好运的象征
