Description
English: U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Karen Monday-Gresham, Commanding General, 7th Mission Support Command, right, crosses the finish line of the two-mile run event during the Army Combat Fitness Test at Panzer Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany, Oct. 15, 2023. The ACFT provides the Army an assessment of all Soldiers' muscular strength, muscle endurance, power, speed, agility, coordination, flexibility, balance, reaction time and aerobic capacity. All Reserve Soldiers complete two tests annually to gauge fitness and provide benchmarks for athletic improvement and progress. The 7th MSC is America's Army Reserve presence in Europe, comprised of 26 units across Germany and Italy.
