English: 190912-N-VD554-0043 (YOKOSUKA, Japan) - Commander, U.S 7th Fleet Vice Adm. Bill Merz departs after assuming command of 7th Fleet from Vice Adm. Phillip G. Sawyer during the 7th Fleet change of command ceremony at the Fleet Theater on Yokosuka Naval Base. During the ceremony, Vice Adm.
