Description
Français : Ancienne faculté de médecine et de pharmacie (1882 à 1952). Fin XIXe siècle. Architecte : Carlos Batteur

Après le déménagement des facultés de médecine et de Pharmacie sur le site du CHR de Lille (vers 1952) et diverses occupations, la Ville de Lille cède l'édifice en vue d'un projet immobilier (mars 2016). Ainsi, ce vaste ensemble bâti sur de 8000 M² conserve sa façade (facadisme) et est doté d'une toiture rehaussée. Les premiers appartements sont livrés en 2020.
