765238 Roman ? steelyard weight
Description
English: Roman? lead alloy conical steelyard weight, 19mm long and 7mm in diameter at its tip and 16mm in diameter at its base. The weight has a cream patina and is in fair condition. It has been roughly made giving it an uneven shape. The object has a circular hole running through it, the underside hole has traces of iron staining within.
