74F782 Socketed axe fragment
Description
English: Fragment from the cutting edge of a socketed axe or palstave, broken off the blade. One end slightly bent probably representing the twisting motion that caused the damage. Cutting edge has an angle of 11 degrees. The faces of the blade are covered in fine parallel striations caused by use.
