Description The block of row houses at 718 (right) - 730 (left) St. Nicholas Avenue at West 146th Street in the Hamilton Heights area of the Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1889-90 and was designed in the Romanesque Revival style by Arthur Bates Jennings. They are located in New York City's Hamilton Heights/Sugar Hill Historic District. (Source: Guide to NYC Landmarks (4th ed.))
