English: 70013 Storms the climb out of Sheringham, near to Upper Sheringham, Norfolk, Great Britain.
70013 Britannia Oliver Cromwell thrashing up the incline to Weybourne. The two cylinder 4-6-2 heads the Broadman train (from London). The Broadsman train used to run from London Liverpool Street to Sheringham, never going any further up the line. However Sheringham was too busy to watch on this occasion so a quick walk up the road leads to the M&GN signal. Just to be a rivet counter I should also say that the shed plate is wrong 12A (Carlisle from 1950-1958) has been put on instead it should really be 32A (Norwich) where it began its working life. |
