| Description |
English: Scene of a July 3, 2019 vehicular accident at 30th Street and Palisade Avenue in Union City, New Jersey, where just before 1pm EST, a Union City Department of Public Works garbage truck careened across two sidewalks, knocking down a utility pole and a clock before crashing through an overpass fence and falling onto the westbound Route 495 road leading from the New Jersey terminus of the Lincoln Tunnel, landing upside down. The accident damaged three cars, and resulted in 12 injuries, but no fatalities.
