With freight trains being banned from crossing Parks Bridge at Lewisham many of the freight train workings to North Kent are now working via Bromley South, a line where freight services have been in decline for many years. The change in number of freight services using the line is clear in this photo which shows two freight trains passing each other, something I can't remember seeing for a long time now.
