English: Medieval lead alloy spindle whorl, 29mm in diameter, 12mm thick and with a weight of 59.8grams. The whorl is undecorated and roughly cast with a cream patina. It has a pronounced ridge,6mm wide, around its centre and from that it slopes sharpley to the central hole, 8mm in diameter. |
