English: A Medieval lead Papal bulla fragment (about 1/3) of Pope Gregory X (AD 1271 - 1276) The obverse is illegible but would have depicted St Peter and St Paul; the reverse has a pelleted outer border with the inscription GRE / GORIVS / PP X. See Medieval Catalogue (Salisbury) p89 for examples.
