Description

Address/Title: 602 North First Street

Photographer: Zehmer, John G. (John Granderson), 1942-

Original Description (from Book): This small, one-level brick Italianate cottage is painted red with painted mortar lines to simulate brick. This was a traditional way to paint brick and this cottage is one of the few examples of this technique in Richmond. The cottage has a good cornice and its original shutters are in place.
