English: A 55 Hz sine wave pulse-width-modulated by a 1265 Hz triangle wave carrier. This is mostly for proof of concept, as a practical class-D amplifier would operate at a minimum of 100 kHz; typical modulation ("chopping") frequencies for low-distortion, full-range (20 Hz - 20 kHz) amplifiers are between 200 kHz and 1000 kHz. |
