Description 549-555 Broadway between Spring and Prince Streets in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1889-90 as the Charles Broadway Rouss Building, designed by Alfred Zucker. The attic pediments were added in 1900. The building goes through to Mercer Street, where it has the address 104-138 Mercer Street.
