Description 548-552 West 28th Street between 10th and 11th Avenues in the West Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, also known as 547-553 West 27th Street, was built as a factory in 1899-1900 and was designed by William Higginson in the American Round Arch style. At one time the building was connected internally to the Terminal Warehouse Company Annex at 262 Eleventh Avenue. It is currently used by art-related businesses, including galleries.
