Description
English: Rectangular double looped buckle, the buckle is slightly concaved when viewed from the side, 22mm long, 24mm wide, with a narrowed strap bar in the centre, the frame has a square cross-section of 3mm by 3mm. There are a series of angled grooves on the top of the forward and reverse sides of the frame. The strap bar is slightly worn. The artefact is in good condition with a dark green patina, striations are visible over much of the surface, which is evidence of the original working.
