Description
English: Staff Sgt. John Silvia, 455th Expeditionary Security Forces Group entry control point NCOIC, scans an Afghan woman's iris in the waiting area of the Korean Hospital at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Dec. 2, 2012. Medical teams use biometrics to identify and track the records for all incoming patients by scanning their iris and fingerprints and then inputting the information into a database.
