[edit]Description450 class DEMU entering Helens Bay - 1993 (geograph 3753999).jpg |
English: 450 class DEMU entering Helen's Bay - 1993 From 1978, the station building at Helen's Bay has seen intermittent use as a restaurant. It was fully refurbished in 1993, which included replacement of the spire over steps leading down to the Marquis of Dufferin & Ava's private carriage drive (these steps have since been closed-off). One of Northern Ireland Railways' BREL built 450 class units enters the station with the 10.40 passenger service from Portadown to Bangor. |
