Description
English: In a ceremony at Exeter St Davids on 25 June 2005, this locomotive was named after the Driver of the 17:35 First Great Western London Paddington to Plymouth service on 6 November 2004 that was tragically derailed in the Ufton Nervet rail crash, after striking a road vehcile on a level crossing.
