Description
English: Army Col. Crystal Hills, the commander of 405th Army Field Support Brigade, receives an up close look at the inside of an M109 Paladin 155mm self-propelled howitzer, Aug. 9 at Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, as well as a short briefing on how to operate it from a Soldier assigned to the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team’s 1st Battalion, 41st Field Artillery Regiment. The 1st ABCT, 3rd Infantry Division, deployed to Europe earlier this year and received an entire ABCT’s worth of Army Prepositioned Stocks-2 armored vehicles and equipment sets from the 405th AFSB.
