Description
English: The building at 351 Broadway, just south of SUNY Plaza, was built in 1907 to be the ticket office for the Hudson River Day Line, and was designed by Charles G. Ogden and Walter H. van Guysling. The building originally stood about 100 yards to the north of its current locate; it was moved when the headquarters of the Delaware & Hudson Railroad and that of the Albany Evening Journal were built, c.1918. In the 1960s, the building was converted into a restaurant. (Source: Albany Architecture: A Guide to the City)
