Description
English: photographed copy of letter provided by the Edmonton Rural Regional Crown Prosecutor's office as a a portion of the "full disclosure" deemed mandatory to accompany allegations later deemed non-admissible to Alberta Provincial Court. The original of this letter was likely received by Sherry Dwyer, who was the Professional conduct inspector for the constables found guilty of trespass, Taser-torture, and hostage taking.
