| Description | 315-317 Flatbush Avenue between Prospect Place and Park Place in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, also known as 130-132 Prospect Place, is located within the Prospect Heights Historic District. The "Prospect View" tenement building was built c.1889 and was designed by F. Keith Irving in the Romanesque Revival style as an ensemble with 122-126.
