Español: El pan de muerto, en el Estado de Tlaxcala se comienza a preparar para la festividad del 1 y 2 de noviembre, desde el día 28 de octubre, así rememorando a nuestros antepasados que ya no están con nosotros. El tradicional pan de muerto que se presenta, es preparado con una receta cacera, que ha ido pasando por varias generaciones en las familias Hernández del municipio de Amaxac de Guerrero, mientras que el horneado es mediante un tradicional horno que data de hace 100 años en la familia Xochitiotzi de San Bernardino Contla. |
