Description
Русский: Реверс: основной рисунок на реверсе занимает портрет Александра III в овальной украшенной рамке, увенчанной короной. Также имеется выдержка из закона от 14 ноября 1897 года 1. «Размен Государственных кредитных билетов на золотую монету обеспечивается всем достоянием Государства. 2. Государственные кредитные билеты имеют хождение по всей Империи наравне с золотою монетою. 3. За подделку кредитных билетов виновные подвергаются лишению всех прав, состояния и ссылке на каторжные работы».
