Suzanne Krauss, commanding officer of Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, awards Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Isaac Meza with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, May 1, 2023. Meza responded to a motor vehicle collision where he pulled a trapped victim from a burning vehicle on August 21, 2020, showcasing personal courage, grit and selfless service. Camp Lemonnie is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied, and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia.
