Summary

[edit]
Description
English: USB audio/video codec (Sensoray 2253S). This module captures audio and video, transforms the video (e.g., resize, rotate, mirror) per user settings, adds user-defined overlay to the video and encodes it to H.264 or MJPEG (audio encoding is AAC or G.711). The elementary A/V streams are combined and sent over USB as transport stream (useful for network transmission). A second, independently transformed copy of the video can be sent over USB or used for low-latency previewing. The unit can also receive a transport stream over USB and output decoded video and audio. Two GPIOs are provided; the input has edge detection and can automatically control stream flow.
